Founded in 2025, Get It Together was created from the hearts of two men who lived it, learned it, and came back to lead with it. We're fueled by a real desire to impact lives, not through pity, but through purpose. We turned our lived experiences into tools for change. Our journey gives us a raw, real perspective that reaches people where they are, especially those society too often writes off. This isn't theory. This is real life, and real help for at risk human beings who need transformation not talk. Community Building, Self Help, and Personal Development are all things we dedicated too.

At Get It Together, we empower justice-impacted individuals to reclaim their identity, challenge destructive mindsets, and lead lives that strengthen the communities they come from. We don't do charity-we do real transformation, grounded in love, healing, accountability, and purpose. Self Help in all forms is what we are committed too.

We offer purpose-driven activities designed to empower justice-impacted people while also working to prevent justice involvement before it starts. Our work serves formerly incarcerated individuals, at-risk youth, people who are unhoused or displaced, and those currently incarcerated. We recognize that housing insecurity, lack of resources
We offer purpose-driven activities designed to empower justice-impacted people while also working to prevent justice involvement before it starts. Our work serves formerly incarcerated individuals, at-risk youth, people who are unhoused or displaced, and those currently incarcerated. We recognize that housing insecurity, lack of resources, and limited guidance are deeply connected to the justice system—and we meet people where they are with dignity, care, and accountability.
Through youth mentorship and guidance, we help young people build confidence, make informed choices, and envision futures that keep them out of the system. Alongside this, we provide mentorship, BPH preparation, workforce development, re-entry support, and direct community outreach—giving back through food distribution, resource support, and on-the-ground engagement in the communities we serve.
At Get It Together, our work is rooted in connection, prevention, and transformation—creating pathways for people to heal, grow, and thrive together.

Get It Together is expanding its mission beyond borders and into the heart of Nigeria, where opportunity meets purpose.
This initiative is about more than backpacks, school supplies, and clothing—it’s about restoring dignity, unlocking potential, and reminding young people that they are seen, valued, and supported. Education is a foundation for freedom, and when children are equipped with the tools they need to learn and grow, entire communities rise.
