As the Co-Founder of Get It Together Dante Green is a compassionate advocate for personal transformation and resilience, defined by a deep commitment to love and community. After enduring a challenging upbringing characterized by instability, he faced a pivotal moment at the age of 18 when he was sentenced to life without the possibility of parole for a crime committed as a 16-year-old teenager. This transformative journey over the past 28 years has instilled in him a profound understanding of the human experience, allowing him to empathize with others who have faced trauma and adversity in silence.
Driven by the belief that love is the greatest motivator, Dante prioritizes connection and understanding in all interactions. He is also a certified Facilitator of SMART Recovery, an educational program that draws on evidence-based tools and techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing to empower individuals on their path to recovery.

Behind bars, Damion didn’t just survive; he transformed, leading self-help groups and earning both an AA in business and certificates from Cal State Sacramento.
